Hello and good morning everyone, In this time we will review about the mental health issue in education. In this chance, maybe some of us know about this problem, but don’t really understand how to face it, so now, I review one popular article about Mental Health in Education.

This article have title “why mental health education in schools is so important?”, this article have been posted by Joe Mclean and got medically reviewed by Patricia Salber, MD, MBA. In this article the writer said that mental illness become serious problem at around the world, report from America Psychiatric Association said that in America, fifty percent of mental illness problem begin by the age of 14, this is show that mental illness is not simple problem, this is serious problem, the terrible is this is happen at school. School as place for many children to how to be good person, and show to children that everything they do will affect to another people, become place that full with conflicts, bullying and social exclusion. This is not only happen as a verbal action, but can happen with non verbal, the example happen in social media. In article written by Nancy Barile, M.A.Ed., she give the result of mental health problem to her student. Begin from not want do homework until not want do some social communication with others. This is show about how important of mental health awareness, we can do something like push mental health awareness as curriculum like what New York do at july 2018 until invite all element begin from teacher, parents, until environment to care about this problem.

The article is good and have clear target, they give some evidence from some people that have quality, and the point is match with what happen in our condition.
